taxi.akontec.com is published by Akontec Synergy Pvt Ltd, CIN U70200WB2026PTC288824. It describes a business services engagement offered to registered BPO service providers.

2. Information only

Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, and no contract arises from using it or submitting an enquiry. Any engagement is governed solely by an executed service agreement, its schedules, the non-disclosure agreement and the information-security schedule.

3. Figures and currency

Rates, bands, running costs, recovery periods and models are planning bases and may be revised. USD figures convert at a stated planning basis only. Commercial terms that bind either party are those in the executed agreement and its Schedule A.

4. Eligibility

This run is offered to registered companies, LLPs and firms in India holding valid GST registration and able to receive foreign inward remittance. It is not offered to individuals as a personal financial product.

5. Intellectual property

The platform, board, agent roles and configurations, specifications, documentation, this site and all content on it remain the property of Akontec. Nothing transfers to a partner beyond the licence granted in the service agreement for its term.

6. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any Akontec system, scrape or reproduce this site's content for a competing offering, or submit false information through the enquiry form.

7. Liability

This site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Akontec is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on its content. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Chennai have exclusive jurisdiction.
