For BPO service providers International · USD-linked 24 / 7 / 365 10 → 25 virtual agents Run AK-CATA-1C09

The board never goes dark.

Ride-hailing support does not observe your working hours. Bookings, driver problems, fare disputes and lost phones arrive at 3am in a city eight time zones away. Akontec allocates a live international mobility desk to your company and crews it with trained virtual agents that never hand over a shift. You supply one supervisor.

Why mobility is the hard one

Every other process can wait until morning. This one cannot.

An eCommerce ticket at 3am is a ticket at 9am. A rider stranded at 3am is a different thing entirely, and the operator knows it. Mobility support is judged almost entirely on the hours nobody wants to staff.

That is why the conventional model is brutal here. Round-the-clock cover across three shifts, weekend and holiday premiums, a night team running at fifteen per cent utilisation because the volume is not there — but the one call that does arrive cannot wait. Then attrition takes your trained night staff, and you rebuild.

A virtual crew has no shift pattern to defend. 03:00 costs what 15:00 costs. The volume that does arrive is answered at the same depth as the lunchtime peak, and nothing is deferred to a morning handover.

The exception, deliberately: anything touching rider or driver safety goes to a human immediately, at any hour. That is not a fallback. It is the first rule the crew is built around.

Three in the morning costs the same as three in the afternoon. That single fact is the entire commercial argument, and it is the one a rota can never answer.
What the desk actually carries

Six streams, live around the clock.

The arithmetic you already run

What a 24/7 mobility desk costs on seats.

Price it the way you would price any round-the-clock international campaign. Standard-band volume needs roughly twenty-six productive agents once three shifts, weekend cover and supervision are real.

The rule the crew is built around

Safety is never automated. Not at 3am, not ever.

Every other guardrail on this site is a threshold. This one is absolute, and it is enforced in the action handler rather than written in an instruction.

  • Never resolve, close or reply to a safety, SOS or incident report — triage and hand to a human within seconds, at any hour
  • Never contact emergency services, and never advise a rider or driver not to
  • Never deactivate or reinstate a driver account
  • Never approve a fare adjustment or goodwill credit above $25 without a named human approval
  • Never share a rider's contact details with a driver, or a driver's with a rider
  • Never accept, deny or comment on an insurance or injury claim
  • Never send a message referencing legal action or law enforcement
  • Every decision logged with its inputs, append-only, retained 24 months
The money

What you keep, not what you bill.

The desk bills in USD against a published unit card. Every running cost you carry is on the page and already deducted from the income figure.

Take this run if
  • You run a registered BPO or ITES company with GST and can sign a service agreement
  • You have one experienced team leader who can carry an escalation at odd hours
  • You want an international, USD-linked line without building a night floor
  • You are comfortable with volume-linked revenue rather than a fixed per-seat invoice
  • You can carry two months of running cost while allocation ramps
  • You want passive income with nobody watching the board
  • You want a fixed monthly figure regardless of delivered volume
  • You expect to bring your own mobility clients — allocation comes from Akontec
  • You are not willing to be reachable when a safety escalation lands out of hours
  • You need the setup back inside two months

Fifteen minutes on a live board beats every page here.

A ride-along with an Akontec delivery manager: the queue moving, the crew working, the review lane, and a safety flag being refused and escalated in front of you.
